Facelift (Rhytidectomy)

This 70-year-old female complained of jowls, turkey gobbler neck, neck bands and loosening of the neck skin, plus deepening grooves around the nose. She underwent a facelift and fat insertion around her nose and chin.

This 49-year-old female had concerns about her lower eyelids and wrinkles, as well as puffiness and excess skin on her upper eyelids. She felt that this made her look older and tired. She also complained of forehead horizontal lines and lines between her brows which gave her an angry look.

She underwent a mini-facelift, liposuction to the neck, fat grafts to her upper lip and around the nose, surgery on both eyelids and a chemical peel to her lower lids and crows feet.
