Payment Options & Financing

As patients consider surgery, they frequently need information about the various payment options and have questions about any potential insurance benefits. Dr. Lopes’ Patient Counselor will be happy to discuss the following information with you.

The exact cost of your procedure is determined after your personal consultation with
Dr. Lopes. The consultation fee is $50. The final price of each procedure depends on variables unique to each person and is less than the sum of individual procedures when combinations are performed. Payment for cosmetic surgery is due in full at the time of your before surgery clinic appointment. We provide a number of payment options, which may be used individually or combined according to your wishes:

• Cash or Check: Personal check, cashier’s check or cash
• Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express
• Payment Plan (see information below)

Financing Plans
Having the best in elective healthcare can sometimes mean compromising your finances. Even if you have savings or investments, using them for healthcare might not be your first choice. We will be happy to assist you with applying for financing should you so desire. We do not handle any financing “in house”. But we do offer financing through Capital One and Care Credit. You can apply online or call toll free.
